BELI – Always in Search of the Unknown Beauty.

Since childhood, Beli Cafi has been deeply connected to beauty in her soul. Born in Shkodra, Northern Albania—a city rich in traditions and culture—she developed a passion for beauty, simplicity, and the unique humor of her region.

She began studying painting for four years at the Shkodra House of Culture under the guidance of the renowned Ferdinand Paci. Later, she attended high school in Shkodra and pursued studies in economics, earning a Bachelor of Finance. From her marriage with Besnik, she had two sons, and by 1990, she had shaped her professional path.

Beli was among the first hairdressers to participate in beauty competitions starting in 1992, including all Miss Albania shows and festivals of Albanian Radio Television, as well as Miss Europe, hosted in Albania in 1996. She also hosted TV shows “E Bukura” and “Ju” on Albanian Public Television (1994–1999).

In 1997, she founded the association “Albanian Beauty” in Tirana, training over 5,500 girls and women in hairdressing, aesthetics, and make-up. She organized seminars with European salons to introduce modern techniques. Currently, about 620 licensed beauty salons across Albania employ students trained by Beli.

This manual represents a culmination of her work and experience as the first Albanian beautician to create new methods for modern hairdressing and aesthetics. Women can learn professional skills at home or in professional settings. Beli also collaborated with “AVON” and the Albanian Ministry of Labor to establish professional standards and certification for hairdressers and beauticians.

Every woman or girl, whether she has completed Beli’s program or not, now has the opportunity to enroll in a 2-year college program in Hairdressing, Aesthetics, and Make-up, following the exclusive curriculum “Albanian Beauty Beli”.
